Computer-controlled machinery

Our Rochester, New York facility houses computer-numeric controlled (CNC) machinery. Our turning and milling capabilities help produce mouthpieces that are highly accurate and replicable with exceptional surface finish.

Our CNC machines use a combination of conventional and custom cutting tools guided by computerized code to manufacture mouthpieces. We've configured our tooling to be flexible, interchangeable, and easily able to accommodate one-off custom mouthpieces.

Mutliple Signal Processing

We couple advanced signal processing and data analysis techniques with tangible interpretations so you can make the most informed decisions possible. Our MSP kit is easily transported to workshops, and is available for use at our Rochester, New York facility during your consultation. The Earnhart Company uses the MSP kit to evaluate custom designs.

Artificial Intelligence (AI)

We are proud to be an early adopter of artificial intelligence in our industry. The Earnhart Company uses generative AI to accelerate innovation, perform data analysis, and support other specialized applications.

As a translational scientist and musician, Jack understands the value and significance of producing results that can be understood and used by both research and musical communities. To that end, The Earnhart Company processes data points into the hundred thousands. We have access to a supercomputer (yes, a real supercomputer) for solutions requiring additional computational power. 

Centralized manufacturing

From raw bar stock to polished mouthpiece, every step in our design and manufacturing process takes place in Rochester, New York. We leverage our CNC workflows and specialized applications to go from design to plating in as little as two hours. Our plating network consists of three firms, who we outsource to based on price and lead time - benefits we extend to you.
