Concept Model Alterations
1. Order a test mouthpiece from the 'Shop' tab.

2. Like it as is? Return it with the provided label and call to order - we’ll credit the test price toward your purchase.

3. Want to modify? Schedule a free consultation during or just after your testing. When you order your altered Concept Model, all modifications are included at no extra charge.
We're constantly working to keep up with demand. Our current average wait time for test model shipment is: 13 days
Other Alterations
Because of the labor intensive nature of properly servicing other mouthpiece alterations, we accept requests on a limited case-by-case basis. Please call to confirm and schedule your alteration.
Plating
We offer plating of Earnhart Company mouthpieces, as well as mouthpieces from other manufacturers. Our plating network consists of three firms, who we outsource to based on price and lead time - benefits we extend to you.
